There are three main components to this luxury patio. On one side is an attached pine pergola strung with market lights, shading the outdoor dining area. On the other, there’s an inset jacuzzi with a flat-screen, and all-weather TV mounted on a stone backsplash. Underwater lights and pearlescent accent tiles twinkle from below the water's surface. A double-sided limestone bar extends along one side of the hot tub with a row of bar seats on the lower patio for those that choose to stay dry. Glass railings surround the raised patio for unobstructed views of the fire pit and surrounding woods.
Steps on either side lead you down to the ground-level patio, laid in a modular pattern with slate gray border inlay. The paths from either side of the house converge in a semicircle with a built-in fire pit and Adirondack chair lounge. A stone garden borders the fire ring and another, landscaped with ornamental grasses, lines the pergola side of the lower patio.
