At Stoney Point, we've meticulously crafted an outdoor living space where quiet luxury converges with lakeside serenity. The remarkable house and its idyllic lakeside setting served as the ideal canvas for our design expertise to unfold.
The centerpiece of Stoney Point is its infinity-edge pool, its surface seamlessly blending with the tranquil lake beyond. The pool features a connected spa with a row of floating steppers separating the spa from the pool's large sunshelf. Whether you're indulging in a good book or soaking up the sun's rays, the sunshelf is your personal oasis. Large enough for four ledge lounge chairs, they're undeniably the best seats in the house. Adding a touch of drama and sophistication, the black diamond pool tile on the face of the infinity edge is Marquise Twilight; showcasing the power of material selections to elevate an entire space.
Surrounding the infinity edge pool, we laid the patio in a sophisticated running bond pattern and designed a custom outdoor kitchen built with stone veneer to match the exterior of the home. The outdoor kitchen features an L-shaped bar, built-in grill, EGG (kamado grill), refrigeration, and storage. The overall design of the patio and outdoor kitchen is sophisticated and understated, allowing the spectacular house and pool to take center stage.
